Disclaimer:

1. Postpaid sim refers to the sim which you pay for subscription every month. Corporate means the sim card is ready for business use- Businesses such as internet cafe, wifi hotspot, wifi in resorts, condos, apartments, etc. 

2. Subscription refers to your choice to have a contract with us regarding the usage of the sim that we provide and no other. It is our sole choice regarding what kind of sim we will provide- whatever we deem is best and necessary to give the promised NO CAPPING and the promised speed which is 10Mbps to 80Mbps.

3. The Speed will depend on some factors like signal strength, RSSI, congestion, peak hours, etc. But given that you have LTE signal with atleast 70percent signal strength we expect it to be 10Mbps or more. It is the clients responsibility to try what frequency band is best in his area> (b593s-22, smartphones and almost all LTE gadgets in the Philippines uses FDD freq band; Ultera modem uses TDD freq band) 

4. By saying the speed will be 10Mbps to 80Mbps- it doesn't mean that it will not be slow at some time. It only mean that 10MBps is the standard minimum speed that we experience with most of the clients and 80Mbps is the maximum speed that we experience with some of the clients. WHAT MATTERS is that it has NO CAPPING.

5. We pay the Network for the internet service so we are not stealing from them. We only give you the uncapped version so you can use the internet as it was intended to be- unlimited. 

6. The Cash-out payment you give us is just for the processing fees and for the shipping fee.  The monthly subscription goes to the network. We only help to process your applications and to pay your monthly bill for you and for that we get paid.

7. Our Responsibilities and obligations to the client stops when the client tries to experiment with the simcard or use the simcard for other reasons other than FOR INTERNET USE ONLY.  If we see via the system that you have use the simcard other than for INTERNET USE ONLY - We will disconnect the simcard and render it unusable. We will not refund anything to the client. 

8. We offer our services. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE THEN DO NOT SUBSCRIBE. IF YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND PLEASE DO NOT SUBSCRIBE. If you pay us the Cashout fee it means that you are giving us the sole right to choose whatever we deem is necessary to give you these two things:
A. NO CAPPING and B. the speed of 10Mbps to 80Mbps

OLX Feedback Feature Removed NOT A GOOD idea.

Why can I no longer see the feedback score in olx.ph?

Below is their answer which I think does not take into consideration those who are Trustworthy sellers who already made a name in Sulit/ Olx.ph by way of gaining POSITIVE feedbacks from their clients.

My Answer:

Yes definitely it can be use to mislead serious buyers BUT it is ALSO a very good safeguard to serious buyers if only they know how to spot an authentic feedback. It is very simple. Just take a look at the accounts of the feedback posters- check their registration dates- if almost all of the feedback poster's accounts are new then most probably it is not legitimate. Call their numbers to verify. Check for other feedbacks with accounts who registered for a year or two..most probably it is a legitimate buyer who posted a positive feedback.

I use the word "most probably" because this is an online transaction and because of it's nature we cannot guarantee a 100 percent safety for buyers. There will ALWAYS be a risk factor. What we are aiming is to lessen the risk of being scammed by bogus sellers.

It is better to have a safeguard like the feedbacks than to take out this kind of feature altogether. How will buyer's check the authenticity of the seller? by the ad's photos and description? Well with due respect, that is very lame since anyone can take a good photo and create a good description.

Look at those gigantic advertising sites all over the world...they as well had the feedback feature as AN ADDED SECURITY FEATURE.

What OLX should do is to put up GUIDELINES for buyers on how to spot a FEEDBACK that is not legitimate. Give ALL the necessary Guidelines. Then leave it to the people if they follow the guidelines or not - it is the people's  responsibility and accountability. By doing this OLX.ph is treating the people with respect by letting them THINK and DECIDE on their own.
